How to Get a Refund
UssCyber will only return funds to investors that have fallen victim to fraud/compromised card. A dispute helpdesk ticket must be completed along with a recent KYC verification. For more information on KYC verification, click on the link below. Once UssCyber has investigated and confirmed that Fraud occurred. If the required documentation is in order, UssCyber will refund the purchased amount to the same account of the named investor within 10 business days.
Maximum Number of Days Allowed
Investors have up to 30 days from the date the Fraud occurred to dispute the transaction. UssCyber reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. UssCyber further reserves the right to refuse to make a refund at our sole discretion if the requirements cannot be met.

Create a help desk ticket with the following details to start the process.
Ticket Subject: Transaction Dispute
Email Address: same email address used on the platform.
Summary of Incident
Last 4 Card Numbers
Name on Card
Any Other Transaction Details
Once a ticket has been submitted, a customer representative will contact you using the information you supplied.

All refunds will be issued in the currency of the original transaction. The current Exchange rate will determine the refund amount if the transaction is not in USD. Also, additional mandatory deductions will be applied.
